Refund Policy
- Withdrawal from Championships or Qualifiers, Prior to Event
- Players who withdraw from any event prior to registration closing will receive a refund of the paid fee, minus a $15 administrative fee.
- Registration closes 10 days prior to the first round of play.
- Players who withdraw following registration closing will not receive a refund of the paid fee less $15, unless:
- Their spot in the field is replaced by another player,
- Player provides a medical note stating withdrawal is due to injury, o An unavoidable emergency.
